Today, Tuesday, November 14, 2023, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, inaugurated the fifth edition of the Erbil International Building Materials Exhibition.

The exhibition focuses on building materials, electricity, cooling and heating systems, with the participation of 212 foreign and local companies, including 178 foreign companies representing 10 different countries. Among the participating nations are Turkey, Iran, India, China, Italy, the United Arab Emirates, Lithuania, and Azerbaijan. Additionally, 36 local companies from various parts of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region are also taking part in the exhibition.

The exhibition, which spans three days, opens its doors to visitors from 11 AM to 7 PM. It serves as a platform for companies to showcase their products, exchange expertise, and foster partnerships in the construction and related industries. The event reflects the Kurdistan Region's commitment to economic development and international collaboration in various sectors.

As Erbil continues to host such international exhibitions, it strengthens its position as a hub for business and commerce in the region, attracting both local and international participants seeking opportunities for growth and collaboration in the vibrant market of building materials and related industries.
