On Thursday, President Masoud Barzani received a delegation from the French Republic, led by Mr. Sébastien Lecornu, the Minister of the Armed Forces, at the Barzani Headquarters in Salah al-Din.

During the meeting, the two sides engaged in discussions about the current political situation in the world, the broader region, and Iraq. They highlighted the historical friendship that exists between the Kurdish and French peoples and expressed a mutual commitment to strengthening this friendship further. Both parties emphasized the importance of maintaining robust relations and coordination moving forward.
