Prime Minister of Kurdistan Region Meets French Minister at Davos Economic Forum
As part of his engagements at the Davos Economic Forum, Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region Masrour Barzani held a significant meeting with France’s Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Jean-Noël Barrot, on Thursday.
The meeting began with Prime Minister Barzani expressing his deep appreciation for the longstanding friendship between France and the Kurdistan Region. He extended his gratitude to the French government and people for their unwavering support of the Kurdish people.

Prime Minister Barzani emphasized that the KRG has fulfilled all its constitutional duties and obligations, calling for an end to the violations of the rights of the Kurdish people. He urged the federal government to respect the constitutional status of the Kurdistan Region and to expedite the payment of salaries and financial entitlements for the citizens.
