Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Tuesday received Mohammed Al-Falahi, Secretary General of the UAE Red Crescent, and a delegation .

During the meeting, which was attended by the UAE Consul General in Erbil, Ahmed Al-Zahri, the guest delegation conveyed to PM Barzani the greetings of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and stressed the importance of developing relations between the Kurdistan Region and the UAE in assisting refugees in the Kurdistan Region, especially in the provision of coronavirus vaccines to camps.

The UAE delegation also expressed satisfaction with the co-operation with Barzani's charity, which continues to carry out several joint charitable programs and projects.

During the meeting, PM Barzani expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the cooperation of the UAE government, especially the UAE Red Crescent, and reiterated the KRG's desire to further strengthen relations with the UAE.
