KRG Sends Second Report on Reforms to Kurdistan Parliament
ERBIL — The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) on Monday sent its second report to brief the Kurdistan Parliament on the reforms regarding salaries, allowances, privileges, and pensions.

Mona Qahwachi, the secretary of the parliament, told BasNews that they have received the report and it will be forwarded to the finance and economy committees for evaluation.

The second report includes data and other details to show the progress in implementing the reform law, according to Qahwachi.

The reform law was passed by the parliament on 16 January 2020.

It was prepared by the Kurdistan Regional Government which hopes to provide more certainty and accountability on salaries, pensions, and allowances for public servants.
