Iranian Border Guards Injure Five Kurdish Porters
ERBIL — Five Kurdish people were injured after Iranian border guards opened fire at a group of porters, commonly known as Kolbar, in the border areas of Mariwan, Kurdistan province.

Hengaw Organization for Human Rights said Karwan Manochehri, Zaniar Hatam Panah, Salah Vatandoost, Soran Vatandoost, and Aram Manochehri were transfered to Abu Ali hospital after being shot.

The victims are from Mariwan and Mirawa village.

According to the monitoring group, more than 30 other porters who fled after the shooting are missing now.
