Arbil- The presidency of Kurdistan Region condemned the Iraqi army fire against Falluja protesters stating that the attacks were “clear violation of the constitution”.

Releasing a statement, the presidency lashed out at Iraqi army attack against the protesters in Falluja, were 5 were killed and dozens were injured.

The killing of the protesters come amid tensions between Sunni lines with the Shiite government led by Prime Minister Nouri al- Maliki whose oppositions accuse him of monopolizing power in Baghdad.

Maliki, however, denied army attack at the protesters and accused al-Qaeda, former Baath party and intelligence services of other countries for the clashes.
