Kuwait Amir Sheikh Jabir Subah who aims to participate in the Arab League summit received today by Iraqi PM Nouri al-Maliki in Baghdad, 29 March.
It is considered as a historical visit since Iraqi former regime headed by Saddam Husain attacked Kuwait in 1991, which resulted in the two countries’ relations suspension.
