Jalawla: 1200 Kurdish families displaced
Jalawla mayor Anwar Husain claims that the security status in the area controlled by the Iraqi military forces is not stable and that made 1200 Kurdish families leave their households following the withdrawal of Peshmerga forces.

The Iraqi forces placed in Jalawla responsible for the area safety do not tend to stop the terrorist activities performed by the Baathist, Naqshabandiya and Al-Qaeda groups, he told PUKmedia.

Husain calls for the presence of Peshmerga forces to secure the area as the Kurds live in a dangerous situation.

The Iraqi forces want the Kurds to flee and immigrate to other cities, he added.
