The foreign minister Hoshyar Zebari discussed with his Egyptian counterpart Dr. Muhamed Kamil Omar on Sunday 11/3/2012 the reinforcement of the common relations between the two countries.

The discussion included several issues of common interest like preparation Iraq accomplished for upcoming Baghdad summit, and latest developments in the Arab countries situations.

Zebari, for his part, expressed Iraq’s keenness on enhancing and expanding its relations with Egypt, a diplomatic source told PUKmedia.

Zebari and Omar also discussed arrangements made by Iraq to succeed the 23rd Arab summit, which is going to be held in Baghdad on late march, the source added.
