Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani , on Sunday , addressed the people of Kurdistan on 1991 Uprising Anniversary.
President Barzani congratulated families of martyrs , victims of al- Anfal notorious operations , Peshmerga and all Kurdish people sections on this occasion.
