Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani , on Sunday , in Duhok City, met with the Governor of Ninawa Atheel al- Nujaifi.

At the meeting, they discussed the implementation of the constitutional Article 140 , as well as the relations between Kurdistan Region and Ninawa province, in addition to the existing problems between al- Hadbaa and Ninawa Brotherhood lists.
