President Barzani, Ninawa Governor discuss Article 140
At the meeting, they discussed the implementation of the constitutional Article 140 , as well as the relations between Kurdistan Region and Ninawa province, in addition to the existing problems between al- Hadbaa and Ninawa Brotherhood lists.
