Ms. Karen Toulon, New York Bureau Chief at Bloomberg received Dr. Kamal Kirkuki, President of the Kurdistan Parliament, and the delegation accompanying him at their New York office.

The group received a tour of the offices and a brief summary of the channel’s history and the activities of the company. Bloomberg broadcasts business and financial news around the world from more than 170 media outlets.

Ms. Toulon said that Bloomberg would be prepared to cooperate with professionals in Kurdistan and with the Kurdistan Parliament to gather and broadcast information about the Region that would highlight the democratic processes and the social and economic development and modernization taking place.
