In a significant move towards digital transformation, Prime Minister Masrour Barzani has connected the majority of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) institutions, along with some federal institutions, to the KRG Representation in Baghdad through a new digital platform.

This initiative aims to streamline communication between regional and federal government bodies, facilitating citizen transactions and reducing associated costs. The platform enables users to process applications more efficiently and ensures a direct link between the Kurdistan Region and federal government institutions in Baghdad.

Citizens are encouraged to call the designated hotline, 5599, to inquire about the status of their applications, further enhancing the accessibility and transparency of government services.

Prime Minister Barzani's office hailed the platform as a vital step toward modernizing government operations, with the goal of making the government more responsive to the needs of the people.
