Erbil, Kurdistan Region – The Kurdistan Region’s Presidency issued a statement on Sunday expressing grave concern over the escalating military developments and rising tensions in the Middle East, particularly following the recent targeting of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary General of Hezbollah, and his companions.

In the statement, the Presidency extended its condolences to the families of Nasrallah and his companions, mourning their loss and standing in solidarity with them during this difficult time.

The Presidency warned that the ongoing hostilities pose a significant threat to the security and stability of the region. It cautioned that continued escalation of violence could lead to further tragedies and widespread destruction, impacting all parties without exception.
