President Nechirvan Barzani attends the opening of the Paris Olympics

President Nechirvan Barzani traveled to Paris on Friday evening following an official invitation to attend the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympic Games. Upon his arrival, he was greeted by French President Emmanuel Macron at the Elysee Palace, where he joined other global leaders for the event.
During the event, President Nechirvan Barzani engaged in discussions with a number of global dignitaries and monarchs.
This was followed by their attendance at the inauguration of the Olympic Games at the Chaillot Palace in the Trocadéro district of Paris, which was attended by thousands of visitors from across the world.
