Erbil and Baghdad to Form Joint Team for Administrative and Financial Reforms
In a significant move towards administrative and financial reform, Umed Sabah, President of the Diwan of the Kurdistan Region’s Council of Ministers, met with a delegation from the Iraqi federal government on Thursday.
