Barzani Charity Foundation Provides Extensive Aid for Eid al-Adha Celebrations

In a significant humanitarian effort, the Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF) has announced the provision of food and financial aid to over 600 families and more than 15,000 children in celebration of Eid al-Adha. This initiative is part of BCF's broader commitment to supporting vulnerable communities across the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRG).

The foundation disclosed that it has allocated over seven billion Iraqi dinars to various charitable projects aimed at alleviating poverty and enhancing the well-being of those in need.

Under the "Dear Children" project, BCF distributed financial aid amounting to more than 4.5 million dollars to 15,245 children, ensuring they have the necessary resources to celebrate Eid al-Adha joyfully.

In addition to the "Dear Children" project, BCF extended cash assistance to over 600 families, demonstrating a commitment to addressing the immediate financial needs of many households. Furthermore, food baskets were distributed to 500 families, providing essential sustenance during the festive period.

In another heartwarming initiative, the foundation provided clothing to 596 children, helping them prepare for the Eid al-Adha celebrations with dignity and happiness.

The Barzani Charity Foundation continues to play a pivotal role in the KRG, with its extensive charitable projects significantly impacting the lives of thousands. As the region celebrates Eid al-Adha, BCF's efforts underscore the importance of community support and solidarity during these times.
