Additionally, 30 more individuals have been appointed on a contract basis at the Biara hospital, which falls under the supervision of the Health Directorate of the province.

The distribution of funds is as follows: Erbil and Sulaymaniyah provinces will each receive 1,066,375,000 dinars, while the province of Duhok will be allocated 738,948,000 dinars. This significant financial allocation underscores the government's dedication to ensuring that patients with thalassemia receive the necessary medical support and care.
