Kurdistan will not cooperate with corruption: PM Barzani

On Sunday, Prime Minister Masrour Barzani of the Kurdistan Region hosted a dinner for a group of handymen and shopkeepers in Erbil.

In his speech, he thanked the Peshmerga forces and honored the martyrs and their families.

Despite attempts by their enemies to hinder their progress, Barzani stated that Kurdistan is a peaceful and stable place for not only Kurds but also other Iraqis. He commended the region's ability to foster coexistence among different religions and nationalities.

Barzani highlighted the Kurdistan Regional Government's efforts to establish political stability in both Iraq and Kurdistan and urged patriotic forces to unite. He emphasized that they will not cooperate with those who engage in treachery, corruption, terrorism, intimidation, or self-interest.

Barzani expressed optimism for a brighter future for Kurdistan and revealed plans to develop institutions and infrastructure for the betterment of their citizens. He also discussed the recent agreement signed with Iraq to resolve their remaining issues
