Iranian Oil Minister: Our oil production may reach 6.5 million barrels per day
The Iranian Oil Ministry's information website quoted Minister Bijan Zanganeh as saying today, Monday, that Iran's production of crude could easily reach 6.5 million barrels per day when US sanctions are lifted.
Iran and world powers are in talks to revive the 2015 nuclear deal that former US President Donald Trump withdrew from three years ago to reimpose sanctions that crippled Iran's oil-dependent economy.
