ERBIL — A bus carrying teachers in the northern Syrian city of Manbij was hit by a landmine on Saturday, media reports confirmed.

The blast killed the driver and left five teachers wounded, ANHA reported.

The incident took place in southeast of Manbij.

Manbij is targeted by terrorist attacks several times in the recent weeks. On 16 January, a blast killed 20 people, including US soldiers in the city.
