A source has announced that in today`s meeting of the Iraqi Council of Ministers, the case for making Halabja a province has been discussed.


Dr. Majid Mohammed, Iraqi Minister of Health, told Gali Kurdistan channel that in today`s meeting, December 31, 2013, the Iraqi Council of Ministers has seriously discussed the case for Halabja.

“Later, the case for making Halabja a province has been accepted by the majority of council members,” added Dr. Majid.
