After five days of halted activities, today, December 17, 2013, the gate of Haji Omaran Border Point was opened. The gate was blocked due to the huge amounts of snow that has fallen in that area.


Due to snow fall, tourism and business activities were halted at the border point for five days.


The road agencies reportedly has tried to remove the snow and open the roads crossing the border, but the heavy snows has made the work very difficult and time-assuming task.
