On a phone call, Nov. 12, 2013, from Joe Biden, Vice President of the United States, to President Barzani, president of Kurdistan Region, perspectives and opinions regarding political situations of the region and facing terrorism have been discussed.


Also during the phone call, both sides stressed that in order to solve the problems and make the situation better, relations between Kurdistan Regional Government and Iraqi Government should be consolidated.
