During the prayers of "Taraweh" two terrorist attacks had targeted two Mosques in the city of Kirkuk, the attacks had resulted in killing and injuring of 40 innocent people.


The first attack was executed by suicide bomber wearing an explosive belt targeting the worshipers during their prayers.


The attacker reportedly had entered the Mosque and blown himself.


The second attack was also targeting a Mosque in the same area by an explosive device.


Chief of Protecting the Institutions of Kirkuk station said that the two explosions had resulted in killing 10 innocent people and injuring 30 others.


Security source had confirmed that these attacks had been executed by the Terrorist Qaida organization.
