Kurdistan President Barzani visits Russia to attend SPIEF
President Barzani was invited earlier to attend the 2013 St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
Barzani left Kurdistan with his delegation of numbers of Kurdish officials to Russia yesterday, KRG’s official website reported.
The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) is the main annual international economic and business forum convened in Russia.
The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum provides a unique platform to gain a first-hand insight and engage in discussions and debates on issues affecting the global economy, in particular the increasing role that emerging economic powers are playing in shaping regional and global agendas.
