Joe Biden: Three Separate Areas Comprised of Kurds, Shiites and Sunnis Are Needed Now in Iraq
In the meeting with Iraqi Delegation in Washington, U.S. Vice President Joe Biden said that Iraq would split Iraq into three self-governing regions -- Kurd, Shiite and Sunni, because it has become a necessity for the current Iraqi crisis.
