Yesterday ,Kurdistan President Masoud Barzani received the Ambassador of Austria to Iraq and Jordan, to emphasise providing all possible support and assistance for Austrian companies.

The ambassador referred to the good bilateral relations between the two sides and hopes they develop better.


MS Astrid Hares also stated that her country encourages the Austrian companies to invest in Kurdistan, and who visits the Kurdistan Region to feel the progress and developments. Her Government are willing to support the Kurdistan region for further progress and development.


During the meeting they discussed the current crisis in Iraq and the issue about Syria and Syrian refugees, in the region.
