An armed terrorist group on Sunday evening , gunned down the mayor of al- Khadraa neighborhood in southern Kirkuk City.
Colonel Sherzad Mufry facilities protection police chief in Kirkuk in a statement to PUKmedia said that armed terrorists shot dead Faisal Nouri Fuad who is a Turkman born in 1957.
