Kurdish bloc member described the attempt to establish more independent organs will weaken the governmental institutions, criticizing the call of Premier Nouri al-Maliki's call to establish a higher national council for Iraqi tribes.

MP Mahmoud Othman told News that these formations are unconstitutional , and will negatively affect the building of the Iraqi state.

He reminder his warning of establishing the Sahwa organization, which led to illogical solutions.
