The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, Masrour Barzani, reaffirmed his support for peaceful resolutions to regional conflicts in a statement issued on Thursday.

In the statement, Barzani welcomed and endorsed any initiative aimed at resolving issues in the region through peaceful means. He emphasized the Kurdistan Region’s long-standing role as a key contributor to peace and stability, expressing the government’s willingness to cooperate and take on any necessary role to facilitate the success of the peace process in Turkey.

"The Kurdistan Region has always been a pivotal factor for peace and stability in the region," Barzani stated. "We reaffirm our readiness to provide all forms of cooperation and play any role needed to ensure the success of the peace process in Turkey."

Barzani’s remarks come amid ongoing regional tensions, with efforts being made to mediate and de-escalate conflicts. The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) has consistently positioned itself as a mediator, advocating dialogue and diplomatic solutions to address political and security challenges.
