Iraqi Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Iraqi Armed Forces, Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani, unequivocally denounced the recent missile attack on the US Embassy in Baghdad's Green Zone. In a statement released by the spokesperson for the Commander-in-Chief, Brigadier General Yahya Rasool, the Prime Minister declared the targeting of diplomatic missions as unjustifiable and unacceptable, directing security forces to pursue those responsible for the projectile assault on the US Embassy.

"The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Prime Minister Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani, has instructed all security leaders across their respective jurisdictions to pursue the perpetrators of the missile attack on the US Embassy in Iraq and bring them to justice," stated Brigadier General Yahya Rasool in the released statement on Friday.

The Commander-in-Chief emphasized in his directives that targeting diplomatic missions is an act that cannot be justified under any circumstances. The Prime Minister assured that those engaging in malicious activities will face pursuit and resistance in defense of Iraq's sovereignty and stability, achieved through a long history of significant sacrifices.
