Blast targets military patrol in Kirkuk

Yesterday, Nov. 13, 2013, an improvised explosive decide (IED) exploded into a military patrol car, leaving 5 of its passengers as casualties.
The blast happened on Kirkuk-Riyaz way and caused 1 martyr and 4 injuries.
