Kurdish National Congress Delayed Again
The long-awaited first Kurdish national conference has been delayed again to unknown future date, the organizing committee announced in a statement released yesterday after their meeting.

“The Kurdish National Congress postponed to an unknown future date due to some political and technical problems“, read the statement.

About 600 delegates and 300 observers reportedly will be invited to participate in the conference.

Around 35 percent of the participants will be representatives of NGOs and 45 percent will be from political entities; the remaining delegates will be independent individuals or drawn from youth groups, according to the organizing committee.

This is the third delay of the Kurdish National Congress, which supposed to be hold in Erbil, capital of Iraqi Kurdistan.
