In a statement to PUKmedia on Monday, December 17, issued by Kirkuk's province council condemned the terrorist attacks Kirkuk had witnessed Sunday.

People of Kirkuk had received a call from Kirkuk's council to cooperate with the security authorities in the aim of facing the terrorists' attacks which targeted innocent people, the statement said.

The council had clarified that the explosions accrued in Kirkuk were the proof of the terrorists hate for the Iraqi people, and the attacks aimed to cause people harm and fear.

The security source had informed PUKmedia regarding the explosions of Sunday accrued in the province which targeted various areas in Kirkuk and resulted in killing 3 people and injuring 15 others.
