Obama, Romney Tie in First Town to Vote
The result from one of the first two towns in America to vote suggests the election will be very close indeed. President Obama and Mitt Romney got five votes apiece in Dixville Notch, New Hampshire, USA Today.

This is the first tie in the history of the tiny town, which chose Obama over John McCain by 15 votes to six in 2008. In Hart's Location, the other New Hampshire town to vote first, Obama won with 23 votes to nine for Romney and one for Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson.
