in the past in a report of gulan ,storran stevenson,the presedent of europe united parliament for iraq said that :maliki goverment is a failling goverment .the spring of this year i visited baghdad and i saw that there was 4 hour electricity.in that visiting they promised me to work for solving that problem and trying in few months making 12 hour electricity and later making more.but thats going for 6-7 months i camed back with the information that they gave me .still in baghdad there is just 4 hour electricity.
