President Barzani and Talabani discuss current political situation in Iraq
President Talabani received Kurdistan President Barzani on Friday in Erbil to visit him to congratulate him for his safe return to Iraq and discuss about the current political situation in Iraq.
In the meeting, President Talabani discussed with President Barzani the latest meeting that he conducted with the political sides in Baghdad.
Two sides discussed the general situation in Iraq and Kurdistan region in particular where they emphasized the necessity of unifying the stances and preserving the strategic alliance between the two sides and President Barzani appreciated President Talabani’s efforts to settle the crisis, conforming his support to bring success for them.
