Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari received on 7/10/2012 at the Ministry's HQ the new Polish Ambassador to Iraq, Lech Stefaniak, and received copy of his credentials.
The Minister welcomed the Ambassador and praised the firm bilateral friendly relations and horizons of promoting them, stressing the Ministry's readiness to provide all required assistance for the success of the Ambassador's mission.

On his part, the Ambassador thanked Minister Zebari for the warm welcome.

Present at the meeting were the Ministry's Undersecretary and Head of Europe Department.
