An MP of the Kurdish Gorran (Change) Movement expressed today his doubts about the ability of Iraqi's President Jalal Talabani for solving the current political crisis in the country.

Latif Mustafa said there are still a lot of disputes between the Kurdistan Region and the Iraqi government.

He added his party thinks the term of the current government ends without any developments or without settling the crisis.

President Jalal Talabani returned home from Germany last week after spending three months in Germany for medical treatment.

Long before leaving for Germany, the president called for a national conference of political leaders but disputes have delayed the conference to the moment. Talabani is expected to resume talks for holding the conference soon.
