Talabani, Maliki to meet today in Sulaymaniyah

President Jalal Talabani returned on Monday evening, Sep. 17, to Sulaymaniyah coming from Germany ending a three-month medical treatment.
“The return of President Jalal Talabani will allow holding new dialogues in Iraq with hope of finding solutions to the political disputes”, the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq (ISCI) led by Ammar al-Hakim stated Monday.
