Negotiation of Iraqi political parties will begin after Ramadan Eid, says Kurdish MP
A Kurdish Independent MP in the Iraqi parliament said the negotiations between Iraqi political parties would resume after Ramadan Eid for solving the current political crisis in the country.
Mahmoud Osman said: "All parties reached the point where only negotiation can solve the current crisis in the country.

"Iraq’s President Jalal Talabani will return to Baghdad after Eid and will start efforts for gathering parties for negotiations. I believe all parties together will start the negotiations."

The issue of withdrawing confidence from Iraqi Prime Minsiter Nouri al-Maliki will not be discussed in the forthcoming meeting, Osman believed.

Deputy head of the Kurdistan Blocs Coalition Muhsin Sadoun said: "A Kurdish delegation is expected to visit Baghdad after Eid to meet with political parties for negotiations."
