Kurdistan Prime Minister‘s Declaration on the Graduation Ceremony of Sulaimaniya University
PM Nechirvan Barzani said in a speech during his participation in the graduation ceremony, that the current Iraqi political crisis influence to the Kurdistan and Kurd people and this problem belongs to the Iraqi government not to the Kurdish leader and Kurdistan and it will be violated the Kurdish laws.
The declaration criticized the Iraqi federal government did not apply the constitutional articles related to Kurds in particular Article 140 and Iraqi government violates the rights of Kurdish people in Kirkuk and the disputed around and Kurdish people in this areas have problem and increase the risk of suicide for them.
He added that the Iraqi government did not pay the budget of the Peshmerga till now and the Natural resources and Oil & Gas of Kurdistan belong to the Kurdish people and the Iraqi government cannot decide for our rights.
