The Kurdistan’s Natural Resources Minister, Ashti Hawrami announced about rise the capacity of Oil production to two million barrels per day by the year 2019 in the Kurdistan Region.

Mr. Hawrami, Kurdistan Minister of Natural Resources in the Economy Conference in Istanbul said that Oil production in Kurdistan currently amounts to 350 thousand barrels per day and this capacity will be increased to one Million barrels in 2015 and also Oil Production will increase to two million barrels in 2019.


The Economy Conference today was launched in Istanbul, Turkey with presence of more than one thousand of Political and Economic figures of world.


Kurdistan Region Prime Minister, Nechirvan Barzani has participated today in this Conference.
