Iraqi Vice President Tariq Hashemi , today in conference in the Turkey announced that to pass the current crisis in Iraq, should be changed the political system in Iraq.

He said: the system of Iraq that established with ethnic and tribal tendencies so it must be changed and reform fail in Iraq ,the people should run the Iraqi government and after 2003, not achievements in Iraq have been achieved and the unemployment rate in Iraq has increased from 17% to 30%.

He added: the constitution to remain in power Nouri al-Maliki, Iraq is divided into different official regions.
