Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Prime Minister Masrour Barzani has departed for the United Arab Emirates to participate in the World Governments Summit, set to take place in Dubai from February 11 to 13.

During the summit, Prime Minister Barzani is expected to engage in a series of high-level meetings with global leaders and senior officials. These discussions will center on enhancing bilateral relations between the Kurdistan Region and participating countries, fostering cooperation in key sectors such as economy, investment, trade, and development, and addressing the latest political developments in Iraq and the broader region.

The KRG delegation’s participation highlights the Prime Minister’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the Kurdistan Region’s global presence and reaffirm its role as a proactive and reliable partner in international affairs.

The 2025 World Governments Summit, themed "Shaping Future Governments," will bring together representatives from governments, international organizations, thought leaders, and private sector executives worldwide. The event aims to foster global collaboration, explore innovative governance solutions, and inspire future leadership.
