The Speaker of the Russian State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, awarded Kurdish Yazidi deputy Zelimkhan Alikoevich Mutsoev an honorary certificate in recognition of his dedicated service to Russia. This award marks another milestone in Mutsoev's career as a member of the Duma, highlighting his long-standing contributions to the country.

This honor follows a previous recognition on September 24, 2020, when Russian President Vladimir Putin presented Mutsoev with the prestigious Presidential Medal of Honor at the Kremlin, acknowledging his significant services to Russia.

Born on October 13, 1959, in Tbilisi, Georgia, Zelimkhan Alikoevich Mutsoev overcame early challenges after losing both parents at the age of 10. Taking responsibility for his siblings, he rose through life's challenges and became a respected figure, now receiving national recognition for his efforts.
