Kurds in Europe Unite in Mass Demonstrations Against IRGC's Erbil Attack

Kurdish communities across Europe took to the streets on Saturday to condemn the recent deadly attack on Erbil by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). The coordinated demonstrations, spanning Germany, Denmark, Finland, and Norway, aimed to denounce the IRGC's aggressive acts of violence against innocent civilians in the Kurdistan Region.

In a show of unity, the Kurdish diaspora expressed their resolute opposition to any form of aggression targeting their fellow citizens. The demonstrations were organized by the Kurdish Diaspora Confederation, in collaboration with the Kurdish Migrant Federation, along with various Kurdish diaspora communities and non-governmental organizations.

The tragic assault occurred on Monday when the IRGC carried out multiple missile and drone attacks on Erbil, resulting in the loss of a prominent businessman, his 11-month-old daughter, and two other civilians. The act prompted widespread condemnation both domestically and internationally, with foreign nations expressing strong solidarity with the Kurdistan Region.

The Kurdish national anthem, "Ey Raqib," resonated through the gathered crowds, underscoring the collective voice against such violent actions. It is anticipated that 16 more European countries will join in similar demonstrations in the coming days.

The international community has rallied in denouncing Iran's irresponsible attacks on civilians, calling for accountability and justice for the victims. As Kurds in Europe stand united in their protests, the world watches closely, awaiting further developments and responses from the involved parties.
