This visit comes after an announcement by the spokesperson for the Kurdistan Regional Government, Peshawa Hawramani, who stated that Hakan Fidan would visit the Kurdistan Region during this week.
Hawramani shared the news on his official Facebook account, mentioning that Fidan would meet with the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, Masrour Barzani.
